Free shipping via DHL (in some cases FEDEX or another carrier may be used).

Average delivery time:: 2 to 4 business days*

Shipping Coverage

• Free shipping is offered within the Mexican Republic.
• For international shipments, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
• Your purchase within the website www.cuby.mx is insured in case of losses by the shipping company.

Once your package has been delivered to the carrier, the responsibility for its handling and delivery falls on them. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by the carrier during shipping.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at no cost (we pay all shipping costs) and we will refund you 100%. The product must be in good condition.

 

Warranty

All of our products have a 3-year warranty (except Aria, which is only 1 year). Because our products are designed and made in Mexico, our warranties are quick and efficient.
